My experience in major projects, online products and services, data, agile product management, process reengineering, change management and organisation design might be just what you need to optimise your project, strategy or organisation.
Originally trained as an Organisational Psychologist, I have a wealth of experience initiating, shaping, delivering and improving projects; and leading award-winning online products and services, working with major international broadcasters, cultural institutions, libraries and archives.
Background and previous roles:
Executive Product Manager in BBC Technology and Archives, leading the definition, design and delivery of online products that deliver content and data to audiences.
Content digitisation, enrichment, compliance and publication, including application of AI and ML technologies
Business Manager for BBC Production, a half-billion pound, 3000 person business, described as 'the world's greatest content producer’.
Head of Technology and Distribution for the award-winning thespace.org – the online service for the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. As well building and running thespace.org’s online products, I launched the pop up Cultural Olympiad TV channel on Freeview and Freesat.
Leader of an extended systems engineering team comprising of engineers, business analysis, service management, technical project management and product management.
Product Manager, Research and Education Space – an award-winning online platform delivering cultural heritage data and media to people in UK education.
Leader of an award-winning online service to stimulate conversations between people with dementia and their carers, in collaboration with Alzheimer’s Society.
